Most software makes you enter the same job four times, once to quote it, once to plan it, once to invoice it, once to chase it. EasyQ carries one record the whole way, so the work is only ever described once: by the customer, in their own words.
Capture the enquiry
The AI answers on whatever channel they used, reads the photos, and works out the trade, the scope and the urgency. One customer record, however many channels they reach you on.
Prepare the quotation
Drafted with materials, labour and the right VAT rate. Edit it by hand, by voice, or by scanning barcodes at the counter, then the customer signs it on their phone.
Schedule the job
Planned around your travel time, the weather and the school holidays. The customer picks a slot themselves, and it lands in your calendar.
Coordinate the team
A day board showing who is on which job. Assign a crew and it blocks only that crew, leave it unassigned and it blocks the day, exactly as it did when you worked alone.
Track the execution
Hours, photos and notes captured on site from the phone, with no signal too, syncing when it comes back. The work order is signed off before anyone leaves.
Invoice and get paid
Raised from the signed quote with gap-free numbering, an iDEAL link and a QR code on the PDF. Straight through to your bookkeeping.
Follow up

Privacy & security
Your business data stays your business.
You are handing a system your customers, your prices and your bank reconciliation. These are the guarantees that come with that, and none of them sit behind a higher plan.
It is yours to take back
Export everything, erase anythingDownload your full dataset whenever you want. Erase a customer completely and get a receipt showing exactly what was removed and from where. Never tier-gated, not even on the cheapest plan.
Separation
One company cannot see anotherEvery single query is scoped to your company. That is not a promise, an automated check runs against every route on every release and blocks it if any one of them could read across the line.
At rest
Your connected accounts are encryptedChannel keys and connected-account tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM under a key derived per company. A stolen database backup yields nothing anyone could use.
The AI itself
Fenced in, and it asks firstAttempts to talk the AI into something are caught before it spends anything. It confirms before it does anything real, that confirmation is bound to that exact action, and it will not act twice on the same instruction.
Nothing leaks sideways
No trackers on your businessWe deliberately run no third-party monitoring or analytics service, so your data never becomes somebody else's telemetry. Conversations are processed through the OpenAI API, which does not train on data sent to it.
Where it lives
Your data stays in the EUEverything is stored in Germany, inside the European Union, under the GDPR you are already held to. Nothing about your customers is shipped to another continent to be processed more cheaply.
Access
Per person, not per companyRoles and permissions decide who sees what. A subcontractor sees only their own jobs, narrowed on the server, not hidden in the interface. Signing out of the phone clears everything cached on it.
