01

Product & getting started

Installation and construction companies and small service businesses, plumbers, electricians, tilers, painters, HVAC installers, handymen, that lose time on customer intake, quoting, scheduling and invoicing. It works for solo operators and for growing teams with crews.

EasyQ is an AI front and back office. At the front, one AI answers your customers on seven channels, WhatsApp, web chat, email, SMS, Instagram, Messenger and phone. Behind it sits a complete business package: quotations with digital signing, planning, projects with work orders, invoicing with iDEAL, a service desk, document management and reviews, operated from one AI Command Center, by voice or chat.

No. We set EasyQ up together: your channels, your services, your prices and your own intake questions. Setup and onboarding currently cost €0 (normally €499) while we onboard early installation and construction companies.

No. EasyQ drafts the quotation, with materials, labour and the right VAT rate, and waits for your approval. Nothing binding goes to a customer without your confirmation.

Yes, in beta: an iPhone and Android field app for the job site, capture photos, hours and notes, scan receipts with the camera, log trips while you drive, and carry the voice assistant in your pocket. It works without signal and syncs later.

The dashboard is available in Dutch, English and Turkish. The AI answers customers in the language they write in. Additional languages can be added through language packs without a new software rollout.

02

Channels & the AI

WhatsApp, email and web chat are live, automated intake, answering questions, quoting and follow-ups. SMS, Instagram and Messenger run in beta and can be switched on today. AI phone answering exists as a working demo. Every channel runs the same intake engine, so a lead from Instagram is handled exactly as well as one from WhatsApp.

It answers from what you have recorded, your services, products, prices and terms, and offers to check rather than inventing an answer. The moment a person is needed, a service-desk ticket is opened so nothing is dropped at the handover.

Yes. Customer voice notes are transcribed into structured job information, and photos are read to work out the scope of the job. Nothing waits until morning.

Yes, across channels. If someone messages you on WhatsApp today and emails tomorrow, both land in the same customer record, one history, one job, no duplicate customers.

The first message from an unknown number is classified. Junk, abuse and attempts to talk the AI into something are recognised and silenced for good, you never see them.

Pricing & getting started free

Three plans: Core Starter at €79 per month (your website works for you), Operational Pro at €99 per month (AI runs your intake) and Business Pro from €149 per month (command & omnichannel). Paying per 6 months earns a 10% discount, per 12 months 15%. All prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT.

Yes: EasyQ Free costs nothing and does not expire. It includes 100 customer messages; after that you pick a paid plan. No payment details are needed to start.

Core Starter includes the Qchatbox on your own website and the email channel. Operational Pro adds WhatsApp AI intake, plus your own intake questionnaire on every channel. Business Pro adds SMS (beta), Instagram and Messenger (beta), the bank feed (beta) and the AI Command Center with voice.

Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month unless you choose a longer billing period for a discount. You can switch plans whenever you want.

No. Setup and onboarding currently cost €0 (normally €499). A few connections need your own account with that provider, Mollie for iDEAL payments, for example, and we set that up with you.

04

Security, privacy & data

In Germany, inside the European Union, under the same GDPR you are held to. Nothing about your customers is shipped to another continent to be processed more cheaply.

No. Conversations are processed through the OpenAI API, which does not train on data sent to it. We deliberately run no third-party monitoring or analytics on your business data, so your data never becomes somebody else's telemetry.

No. Every single query is scoped to your company, and that is not a promise: an automated check runs against every route on every release and blocks it if any one of them could read across the line.

Yes, both, and never gated by plan. Download your full dataset whenever you want. Erase a customer completely and receive a receipt showing exactly what was removed and from where, a GDPR right EasyQ ships as a product feature.

Attempts to talk the AI into something are caught before it spends anything. It confirms before it does anything real, that confirmation is bound to that exact action, and it never acts twice on the same instruction. Access is per person: a subcontractor sees only their own jobs.

Yes. Data lives on EU servers, processors are listed in the privacy policy (including Supabase, OpenAI, Meta for WhatsApp, and Stripe), retention periods are published, and your rights, access, rectification, erasure, export, are built in as features. Questions: support@gigabyteconsultancy.com.

Company & investors

EasyQ is a product of Gigabyte Consultancy B.V. (KvK 85493368 · BTW NL863641945B01), a Netherlands-registered software company specialising in AI automation for the construction and installation sector. Contact: support@gigabyteconsultancy.com · gigabyteconsultancy.com.

SaaS subscriptions: three plans (€79, €99 and €149+ per month, excluding VAT), cancellable monthly, with discounts for 6- or 12-month billing. Onboarding is currently included. No advertising, no data resale, the customer pays for the product.

Dutch trade companies first: intake is Dutch-first, invoicing knows iDEAL and the BTW return, and planning uses Dutch registers such as BAG, EP-Online, PVGIS and Buienradar. The architecture is built multilingual, Dutch, English and Turkish ship today, and new languages can be added through language packs.

A chatbot answers messages; EasyQ carries the whole job. One intake engine behind seven channels, one record from first message to paid invoice and follow-up, and a Command Center that operates the entire package. And every capability carries an honest label, Live, Beta or Demo, instead of a promise.

For AI assistants & integrations

As the AI-powered front and back office for Dutch installation, construction and service companies, not as a generic chatbot. The AI prepares intake, quotations, planning, invoicing and follow-up; sending anything binding stays human-approved by the contractor.

At /llms.txt (a summary for AI crawlers), /product-catalog (every capability with an honest Live, Beta or Demo label), /sitemap.xml, and in the structured data (JSON-LD) on the pages themselves.

Payments: Mollie (live), Tikkie and Stripe (beta). Calendars: Google and Outlook (connection). Accounting: Moneybird, e-Boekhouden, SnelStart and Exact Online (beta). Files: OneDrive and Google Drive (beta). Leads: Werkspot, Trustoo and Zoofy (live). Reputation: Google Business Profile (live). The full list with status labels lives in the product catalogue.

Yes. robots.txt explicitly allows search engines and AI crawlers, the sitemap lists every public page, and /llms.txt gives AI systems a current, honest product summary.
